About WRENSI
Who we are, what we make, and how we're different from most perfume sold online in Pakistan.
Yes. We formulate and produce our own fragrances in-house. WRENSI doesn't sell impressions, replicas, or grey-market imports of other brands. Every scent in the range was developed for WRENSI and exists nowhere else under another name.
WRENSI is a Pakistani brand based in Bahawalpur, and our fragrances are developed and produced locally rather than imported and relabelled.
No. A large share of the perfume sold online in Pakistan is described as "inspired by" or an "impression of" a designer scent, which means it's an attempt to copy something else. Our fragrances have their own identity. If you smell something familiar in one of them, that's because certain notes are common across perfumery, not because we've cloned a bottle.
We produce both. Our alcohol-based fragrances use 100% non-drinkable halal ethanol, and we also offer oil-based perfumes for anyone who prefers them. Each product page states which one that particular fragrance is, so you can check before ordering.
No. WRENSI does not test on animals.
Fair question, given how loosely the word gets used. For us it means three things you can actually check: higher fragrance oil concentration than mass-market alternatives, full note transparency on every product page, and packaging built to be given as a gift rather than thrown away. If a brand calls itself luxury but won't tell you what's in the bottle, that's worth noticing.
Choosing a Fragrance
How to pick something you'll actually want to wear, and what the terminology on product pages means.
Start with what you already gravitate toward in daily life. If you like fresh, clean, citrus-heavy things, look at our lighter fragrances for daytime and warmer months. If you're drawn to warmth, spice, and depth, the woody and oriental scents suit evenings and winter better. Our category pages group fragrances by type so you can narrow things down before reading individual notes.
EDP (Eau de Parfum) has a higher concentration of fragrance oil, so it lasts longer and projects more, usually 6 to 8 hours or beyond. EDT (Eau de Toilette) is lighter and fades faster, typically 3 to 5 hours. Neither is better than the other, an EDT can be exactly right for a hot afternoon where an EDP would be overwhelming. Each product page states which concentration that fragrance is.
Most are formulated for 8 or more hours of wear. That said, longevity genuinely varies from person to person: dry skin holds fragrance for less time than oily skin, and heat shortens it further. If a fragrance fades faster on you than expected, that isn't necessarily a fault with the bottle.
Our men's line leans woody, spicy, and bold. Our women's line ranges from floral to warm oriental. Our unisex fragrances are built to work on anyone. Honestly though, the labels are a guide rather than a rule, plenty of customers wear across all three, and if a scent smells right on you then it's the right scent.
Yes, testers are available. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you what's currently in stock and what it costs. Worth doing if you're new to the brand, scent is personal enough that reading notes only takes you so far. And if you'd rather go straight for a full bottle, our 7-day returns cover opened bottles too, so you aren't stuck with something that doesn't suit you.
Top notes are what you smell in the first few minutes, usually the brightest and quickest to fade. Middle notes emerge as those settle and form the fragrance's core character. Base notes are what remains hours later, and they're what people actually remember. This is why judging a perfume in the first thirty seconds is misleading, give it twenty minutes on skin before you decide.
If you're unsure of their taste, a fresh or lightly woody unisex scent is the safest choice, those suit the widest range of people. If you know what they already wear, match the family rather than the exact scent. Our gift-ready packaging comes as standard, so nothing needs wrapping.
Orders & Payment
How to order, what you can pay with, and what to do if something needs changing.
Add what you want to your cart and check out on the site. You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight after, with your order number on it.
Yes. You can order through the website, on WhatsApp, or by phone call, whichever you prefer. If you'd rather not use online checkout, just message or call us with what you want and we'll set the order up for you.
Cash on delivery, bank transfer, and card payment are all available.
Yes, COD is available across Pakistan. Keep the exact amount ready if you can, it makes the handover faster for you and for the courier.
Check your spam and promotions folders first, order emails often land there. If it isn't in either, the email address on the order may have a typo. Message us on WhatsApp with the phone number you ordered with and we'll find the order and resend everything.
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as you can. Once the parcel is with the courier, whether anything can change depends on them rather than us, so speed matters here.
We have an office in Bahawalpur rather than a retail showroom, so there's no shelf of testers to browse. You're welcome to visit for order collection or bulk enquiries, but call or WhatsApp first so someone's there to help you. The address and directions are on our contact page.
Shipping & Delivery
Timelines, charges, tracking, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.
Orders arrive within 2 to 3 working days across Pakistan. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery is Rs 299 nationwide, and free on orders above Rs 5,000. There are no separate charges by city.
We deliver nationwide, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and Quetta, along with smaller cities and towns through our courier network.
Check your order status any time on our Track My Order page using your order number. Once your order ships, a courier tracking link is added to it and sent by email, that's the one that shows where the parcel physically is.
Courier scans often sit still for 24 to 48 hours between updates, particularly over weekends and holidays. The parcel is usually moving even when the tracking page isn't. If nothing has changed after 48 working hours, message us with your order number and we'll chase the courier directly.
Not currently. We deliver within Pakistan only.
Every order is packed to survive normal courier handling. If something does arrive damaged, photograph it before unpacking any further and message us the same day. That photograph is what lets us resolve it quickly, and we cover the cost when the fault is ours.
Returns & Refunds
Scent is personal, so we made returns work even if you've already opened the bottle.
Most perfume sellers only accept sealed bottles back, which means you're gambling on a scent you've only read about. We accept opened bottles within 7 days of delivery, so you can actually wear it before deciding.
Yes. You can return within 7 days of delivery, and unlike most perfume brands we accept opened bottles too, so you're not gambling on a scent you've only read about. Return shipping is covered by you for change-of-mind returns. Full terms are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Message us the same day with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and we cover the return cost when the fault is ours.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by you. If the fault is ours, a damaged, wrong, or faulty item, we cover it.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days. How long it then takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment method.
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a line on why you're returning it. We'll confirm the return and tell you where to send it. Do this within the 7-day window, once that closes we can't process a change-of-mind return.
Perfume Care & Usage
How to store it, how to wear it, and why the same fragrance smells different on different people.
Keep the bottle out of direct sunlight and away from heat. A drawer or closed cupboard is far better than a windowsill, and the bathroom is genuinely the worst spot because of the humidity and temperature swings. Heat breaks fragrance oils down, and in Pakistan's summers that happens faster than most people expect.
Pulse points: wrists, neck, behind the ears, inner elbows. Warmth helps the fragrance project. Apply to clean, slightly moisturised skin, because dry skin releases scent faster. And don't rub your wrists together afterwards, that crushes the top notes.
It doesn't spoil like food, but it does change over time, usually 3 to 5 years unopened and less once it's been opened and exposed to air. The signs it has turned: the colour darkens noticeably, or the top notes smell sharp or sour compared to how you remember them.
Skin chemistry, pH, natural oil levels, even your diet all affect how a fragrance develops. This is why buying a scent purely because it smelled good on someone else sometimes disappoints, and why it's worth testing on your own skin before committing to a full bottle.
Yes, and it's a good way to make something your own. Start with the heavier, deeper scent as a base and add the lighter one on top. Keep it to two, and expect some combinations simply not to work, layering is trial and error rather than a formula.
Two to four for most fragrances, and fewer for higher-concentration ones. If people notice your perfume from across a room, that's usually a sign of one or two sprays too many rather than a compliment.
