These terms apply to your use of wrensi.com and to any order you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who We Are

WRENSI is a Pakistani luxury perfume brand that formulates and produces its own fragrances. Our office is at Suite 04, Ali Road, Middle City Town, Bahawalpur, Punjab 63100, Pakistan.

In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean WRENSI. "You" and "your" mean the person using this website or placing an order.

2. Using This Website

You may browse and buy from this website for your own personal use, or for legitimate business purposes where we've agreed wholesale terms with you.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, our systems, or another customer's account
• Copy, scrape, or republish our product photography, descriptions, or written content without written permission
• Place orders fraudulently, including with payment details you aren't authorised to use
• Interfere with the website's operation, or introduce any malicious code

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe is doing any of the above.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you're under 18, you may only order with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

4. Products and Descriptions

We describe every fragrance as accurately as we can, including its note breakdown and concentration. That said, there are a few things worth being upfront about:

• Scent is subjective. How a fragrance smells and how long it lasts varies from person to person, depending on skin chemistry, natural oil levels, and even climate. A fragrance behaving differently on you than described isn't a fault.
• Minor batch variation is normal. Fragrance ingredients are natural in part, so slight differences in colour or opening intensity between batches can occur. This doesn't affect the quality of the product.
• Screen colours vary. Bottle and packaging colours may look slightly different on your screen than in person.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout, and are set out in our Shipping Policy.

We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and card payment. You can also order on WhatsApp or by phone.

We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order you've already placed and we've confirmed.

6. Skin Sensitivity and Personal Use

Perfume is applied directly to skin, and individual reactions differ. Before using a new fragrance widely, we recommend applying a small amount to a discreet area of skin and waiting to see how it settles.

Stop using a fragrance and seek medical advice if you experience irritation, a rash, or any other reaction. If you have known fragrance allergies or sensitive skin, check the note breakdown on the product page first, and message us if you'd like more detail on a specific ingredient before ordering.

Our fragrances are for external use on skin only. They're not for internal consumption and shouldn't be applied to broken or irritated skin, near the eyes, or on children.

7. Storage and Safety

Alcohol-based fragrances are flammable. Please:

• Keep bottles away from open flames, heat sources, and direct sunlight
• Store out of reach of children
• Don't puncture, crush, or attempt to refill or decant bottles

We're not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper storage or use of a product after it's been delivered to you.

8. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order isn't accepted until we confirm it, and receiving an automatic order confirmation email doesn't by itself mean we've accepted it.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

• The product is out of stock
• There's been a pricing or listing error
• We can't verify your payment or your delivery address
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive use of our service
• Delivery to your location isn't possible

If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

9. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan within 2 to 3 working days, and don't currently ship internationally. Charges, coverage, and what happens with failed deliveries are all covered in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Once a parcel is with the courier, transit times are outside our direct control, though we'll always chase a delayed parcel on your behalf.

10. Returns and Refunds

You can return within 7 days of delivery, and we accept opened bottles. Full conditions, including who pays return shipping and how refunds are processed, are in our Return & Refund Policy, which also forms part of these terms.

11. Wholesale and Reseller Orders

Bulk, wholesale, wedding, and corporate orders are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of order, including pricing, minimums, lead times, and reselling conditions. Where those terms conflict with anything here, the agreed wholesale terms take precedence for that order. Details are on our Perfume Wholesale page.

Buying at retail prices doesn't give you any right to resell WRENSI products commercially, or to represent yourself as an authorised WRENSI stockist or distributor.

12. Intellectual Property

The WRENSI name, logo, fragrance names, product photography, packaging design, and all written content on this website belong to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

You may share our content on social media in the normal way, with credit, and we'd be glad if you did.

13. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photo, or comment, you confirm it's your own honest experience and that you own the rights to what you've shared. You give us permission to display it on our website and social media, with your name or handle as provided.

We may decline to publish or may remove content that's abusive, misleading, unrelated to the product, or that includes another person's private information.

14. Third-Party Links

This website links to third-party services, including WhatsApp, courier tracking, payment providers, and social media. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

15. Limitation of Liability

We take responsibility for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. If we send you the wrong item, a damaged item, or a faulty one, we'll replace it or refund you as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunities
• Reactions or outcomes resulting from misuse of a product, or use contrary to the guidance in Sections 6 and 7
• Delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, strikes, natural events, or changes in law
• Loss or damage arising from your failure to provide accurate delivery details

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani law that can't be excluded by agreement.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order, so the "last updated" date at the top is worth checking if you order regularly.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from them, or from an order placed with us, is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bahawalpur, Punjab.

Before anything reaches that stage, please talk to us. Almost every issue we've seen is resolved by a WhatsApp conversation, and we'd much rather sort it out directly.
